QPR Portal Add Comment Add-On
This is an add-on for QPR Portal, compatible with QPR Suite 2017.1.0 and later. The following improvements are contained in this package:
Add Comment (using a freely definable action type) button for diagrams.
Installation
Take backup copies of your existing templates
Copy included .tpl files to the WAS\PG subfolder in your templates folder of your instance, e.g. C:\ProgramData\QPR Software\QPR 2026\2026.1\Servers\Templates\WAS\PG
Add FeedbackActionType=<name of valid action type> to the [Types] section in the actiontypes.ini, found typically at C:\ProgramData\QPR Software\QPR 2026\2026.1\Servers\Settings.
For example FeedbackActionType=Comment
Restart QPR Servers to get changes in use.
Note that if you want to take multiple add-ons into use, it's easier to take the templates from the complete set of add-on templates and comment out the unwanted extra functionality from them.
