Migration notes

QPR EnterpriseArchitect 2023.1.1 Ribbon configurations has been modified to better support different user roles.  Also a new 'Admin' cofiguration has been added.

QPR Metrics Client no longer supports 32-bit ODBC data sources for SQL imports or SQL mass imports. When migrating from previous versions, any local client-side SQL import data sources need to be recreated as 64-bit ODBC data sources.
