With a QPR UI bookmark, you can take a snapshot of the currently open view, storing the session context. The created bookmark contains context variables values that are needed to reopen the view in exactly the same situation as it was, when the bookmark was created. A created bookmark is placed in the user's Private Workspace. Currently it's not possible to publish bookmarks, i.e. to move them to public workspace.

When clicked, a bookmark opens the referred view and sets the session context. When editing a bookmarked view, the bookmarks refering to the view are not changed.

Bookmarks can be edited and deleted in the user's Private Workspace screen. When editing bookmark, the bookmark name and the context variable values can be changed. Note that sys:sessionId context variable is not included in bookmarks.
