Known issues
Issue: QPR Portal: Process hierarchy not updated when opening a external model into a new browser window.
Solution: Install 2014.1.1 hotfix 402288. Please contact customercare@qpr.com for more information.
Issue: QPR Portal: Metrics graph texts are misaligned or same chart graphics are shown in all elements in all models.

Issue: Items added to the Quick Access Toolbar in QPR ProcessDesigner, QPR EnterpriseArchitect, and QPR Metrics ribbons will be lost when the client is restarted.
Solution: Unfortunately there is no solution available for this issue at the moment.
Issue: The .NET Framework 4 installation fails if QPR Servers installation is launched at the end of the QPR Clients package installation.
Solution: If .NET Framework 4 is not already installed, quit the Clients installer without selecting to install also QPR Servers and launch the appropriate QPR Servers package manually.
Issue: 64-bit version of Microsoft Office installs the Excel driver only for 64-bit ODBC administrator, and the default version 6.x driver present in the 32-bit ODBC administrator is not compatible with QPR Metrics
Solution: Importing data from Microsoft Excel to QPR Metrics with SQL import requires 32-bit version of Microsoft Office.
Issue: 64-bit QPR Add-in for Microsoft Office does not currently work with 64-bit Microsoft Office 2013 running on Windows 8 or Windows 8.1.
Solution: Unfortunately there is no solution available for this issue at the moment.
