This QPR UI installation checklist contains all steps needed for a complete QPR UI installation. These steps apply only for a new QPR UI installation. If you are upgrading an existing installation, see instructions here.
- Check that your infrastructure fulfills the system requirements for QPR UI.
- Make the needed configuration for SQL Server. SQL Server configuration must be done before running QPR UI installer.
- Run QPR UI installer. (For advanced scenarios, you can alternatively use silent installation.)
- Configure IIS to pass through QPR UI traffic. This enables to use standard ports 80 and 443 that are reserved by IIS for QPR UI.
- Optional: You may configure Common QPR Authentication.
- Optional: You may configure federated authentication.
- Optional: You may need to change QPR UI system settings after the installation. Some settings are in Glassfish.
