Default color palette for charts can be change to implement organization's visual layout. (B-08993)
Improvements to visualizations when data has no rows. (B-08999)

Dashboard Aspect ratio flex, Chart margin, Dashboard margin, and External content Border width, Border corner radius validators are broken. (D-14805)
Filter rules drag-and-drop didn't work between expressions in same chart. (D-14850)
Expression filter rules are incorrectly combined into equal filter when editing chart filters. (D-14852)
