• B-08566: Implemented Entity Framework database initialization and migrations.

Issues fixed in next release

• D-14340: Fixed issue where AI Assistant crashed with model that didn't use datatables.
• D-14344: Fixed issue where AI Assistant explaining charts feature crashed when applying to Label component.
• D-14347: Optimize client-side import to not perform a lot of redundant data table metadata queries.
• D-14352: Snowflake chart gives error when "Last Row Aggregates Over-limit Rows" setting is used with list aggregation.
• D-14360: Chart buttons should not be visible in datatable content dialog.
• D-14361: Dashboard element resize makes element width or height too large when chart margin is more than zero.
• D-14325: PA fails to detect snowflake model after transferring it between projects.
