System Requirements for QPR ProcessAnalyzer Excel Client

The System Requirements for QPR ProcessAnalyzer Excel Client are:

• Microsoft Windows Vista, Microsoft Windows 7, or Microsoft Windows 8 operating system
  • Mac users need to use Windows as a pure virtual machine, created on e.g. Parallels Desktop or VMware Fusion, or as a virtualized Boot Camp partition created by either one.
• Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, or 2013
• Internet connection for connecting to QPR ProcessAnalyzer Service
• The sapnco.dll and sapnco_utils.dll files distributed in the SAP Connector for Microsoft .NET Version 3.0 (requires SAP Service Marketplace credentials) package are needed in order to use the ImportSapQuery script command. See the instructions below for installing them.

The following components are also required and will be installed if not found on your computer:

• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1
• Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime

Requirements for Using the Script Command --#ImportSapQuery

In order to use the script command ImportSapQuery, you need to install the SAP Connector for Microsoft .NET Dll files.

Installing SAP Connector for Microsoft .NET Version 3.0 Dll Files

1. If Microsoft Office Excel is running, close it.
2. Go to SAP Service Marketplace (SAP Service Marketplace credentials required).
3. Download either the SAP Connector for Microsoft .NET 3.0.12.0 for Windows 32bit (x86) zip file or the SAP Connector for Microsoft .NET 3.0.11.0 for Windows 64bit (x64) zip file depending on whether you are running QPR ProcessAnalyzer in 32bit or 64bit Excel.
4. Run the installer for the SAP Connector for Microsoft .NET 3.0.
5. Copy the sapnco.dll and sapnco_utils.dll files:
   1. In 32bit installation: copy the sapnco.dll and sapnco_utils.dll files from C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP_DotNetConnector3_x86 to the <QPR Processanalyzer Installation folder>/x86 (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\QPR ProcessAnalyzer Template:PAVERSION\x86).
   2. In 64bit installation: copy the sapnco.dll and sapnco_utils.dll files from C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP_DotNetConnector3_x64 to the to the <QPR Processanalyzer Installation folder>/x64 (e.g. C:\Program Files\QPR ProcessAnalyzer Template:PAVERSION\x64).
6. Start Microsoft Office Excel.

Supported Web Browsers for QPR ProcessAnalyzer Web Client

QPR ProcessAnalyzer Web Client supports the following web browsers:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 or later
• Mozilla Firefox version 17 or later
• Google Chrome version 23 or later
• Apple Safari 5 or later

Note: If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, do not turn on the compatibility mode.
