Help:Editing

When editing a page, leave a brief desciption about the edit done. This can be a feature, bug, or request document ID, or a brief description about the reason for the edit.

If the edit contains only typo corrections, text rearrangements, formatting, or presentational changes, check the "This is a minor edit" check box to differentiate the edit from those which contain content changes.
