When editing a page, leave a brief desciption about the edit done. This can be a feature, bug, or request document ID, or a brief description about the reason for the edit.

For the sake of style, when adding a new page to the wiki, create it with book title capitalization (i.e. "Initial Capital Letters").

If the edit contains only typo corrections, text rearrangements, formatting, or presentational changes, check the "This is a minor edit" check box to differentiate the edit from those which contain content changes.
