You need valid access rights to login to QPR ProcessAnalyzer. There are two ways to login: using SSO and using built-in account. Either of the methods is in use in your organization. If there is the Log in using SSO button available in the login screen, SSO login has been enabled and that's the likely login method to use.

Login using SSO

QPR ProcessAnalyzer environment may have been connected to organization's accounts using single-sign on with SAML 2.0. The connection is done if there is the Login using SSO button available in the login screen. When pressing the button, you are directed to your organizations' identity provider service where the authentication is performed. After the authentication, you are directed back to QPR ProcessAnalyzer as an authenticated user. When using the SSO, most often you don't see the login screen, as you are directly right away to the identity provider.

Login using built-in account

If the SSO is not available, users will login using build-in accounts that are managed in the QPR ProcessAnalyzer user management. Usually email address is used as the username.
