Label and Link

This feature is available from QPR ProcessAnalyzer 2022.1.

Label shows a user-defined text in the dashboard, such as a title or detailed description. The label can optionally be defined a link, opening another dashboard or a web site. When a link is defined for the label, the label is a clickable link only in the Preview mode (not in the Edit or Add component modes).

To edit the label text, the Edit mode needs to be active. The text spans to multiple lines, if it doesn't fit to a single line. It's also possible to add line breaks to the text. When hovered, there is a tooltip showing the entire text, which is useful in cases, where the entire text doesn't fit to the available space.

Label has the following settings:

• Font size: Size of the label text in pixels. Can be defined in 1 pixel granularity.
• Text styles: Additional visual effects for the label text. Multiple can be selected. Options: Bold, Italic, Underline, Overline, Line through.
• Text color: Color of the label text. By default dark grey.
• Horizontal alignment: Horizontal alignment of the label text. Options: Left, Centered, Right, Justified. (Justified means that full lines take the whole width be increasing space between words.)
• Vertical alignment: Vertical alignment of the label text. Options: Top, Centered, Bottom.
• Link to dashboard: Defines a link to other dashboard (link is defined as the target dashboard identifier).
